Field Service

Can't make it to our shop? No problem! With our field service option, we'll come pick up your device and deliver it to your home or office once it's repaired.

Central Depot for all Service Levels

Need level 4 support (help from people outside your organization for serious hardware maintenance, repairs, etc.)? We provide a central depot for level 4 services, and will put you in touch with exactly the service you need for your equipment. Laptops, desktops, and mobiles alike - we'll manage everything.

VIP Service

If you have an urgent need for service, or just want to make sure you know exactly what is going on throughout the repair, our VIP Service option is perfect for you. We'll send a technician to your home or office and perform the repair while you wait and watch.
